Cancellations:
- Order modification deadline: You can modify or cancel your order within 6 hours of confirmation. This timeframe allows us to process and ship orders efficiently.
- Order modification or cancellation procedure : To modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service department promptly at contact@magasindegadgets.com . Please provide your order number and any other necessary information for quick and accurate processing.
- Shipped Orders: If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it directly. In this case, please accept your package as expected. For more information, please see our return and exchange policy.
Refunds:
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in its original condition. It must also be in its original packaging.
- We offer a full money-back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged in transit. Please feel free to contact us; we will provide you with a return address and offer an exchange or refund, whichever you prefer.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service. We will do our best to help you.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not issue refunds if:
- Your order is not arriving due to factors beyond our control (e.g., an incorrect delivery address).
